AA reduces levels of testosterone, oestradiol, and cortisol, but it increases levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone, deoxycorticosterone, and corticosterone, which could lead to hypokalaemia, hypertension, and fluid retention.

On the basis of increasing incidence of RCC with age, the objective of this retrospective, subset analysis was to assess the safety and efficacy of sorafenib in patients older than 65 years of age.
