The TSH Receptor (Ab) RRA is a test kit for the quantitative determination of antibodies against the human thyrotropin (TSH) receptor. Detection is based on the ability of TRAb to prevent the binding of labeled TSH to the TSH receptor. In the first step of the assay, the sample with an unknown TRAb concentration and the standard samples with known TRAb concentrations are incubated in test tubes coated with the human TSH receptor.
