The new Multichamber one-piece baseplate is designed specifically for Urostomates; it is significantly thicker than the current Assura, allowing it to resist urine erosion for longer. The Multichamber also has an Erosion Resistant Barrier in the baseplate, providing low water absorption which Greatly reduces erosion and consequently the frequency of leakage.
