The combination of Interplant’s Auto Image Capture functionality with the AccuSeed DS digital stepper provides volume study images and dose planning in seconds, shortening planning and treatment time, reducing patient discomfort and minimizing prostate movement. As the ultrasound probe is manually retracted from prostate base to apex, the ultrasound images are automatically captured and compiled in the treatment planning system on a preset increment.
