Heat sealing is a proven technology that offers a number of advantages over other plate sealing methods, including time and cost savings as well as 100 sealing integrity, making heat sealing ideal for PCR and storage applications, even at low temperatures. Heat sealing features no adhesives which could interfere with samples, as well as greater resistance to solvents such as DMSO. Peelable and pierceable seals are available for easy sample access to sealed plates.
