A totally new concept in a power assisted microtome combines the advantages of rotary and sliding microtomes.
Power assisted horizontal movements are proportionally related to the sample size moving across the knife edge. Duplicate controls provide for convenient operation with the left or right hand while the operating levers and handles may be positioned for operator comfort.
