The D-Dimer rapid assay (Roche CARDIAC D-Dimer) is performed with the same Cardiac reader system device used to determine myoglobin (Roche CARDIAC M) and troponin T (Roche CARDIAC T), NT-proBNP (Roche CARDIAC proBNP and now CK-MB ( Roche CARDIAC CK-MB) The result is quantitative - much more than just ‚yes' or ‚no'. This means that it is fast, safe and easy to confidently interpret the test finding. The result is reliable and comparable with current laboratory methods (Tina-quant® D-Dimer).
