Polyclonal Antibody chicken anti-human prostate specific antigen (PSA) PROCEDURE: Chickens were immunized with purified prostate specific antigen. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the igY fraction prepared. The antibodies were then immunoaffinity purified off a prostate specific antigen immunoabsorbant.
