The Max-Blade™ Coagulating Resector is a device that provides effective cutting and simultaneous coagulation during resection. The V-Max™ Roller Bar Electrode provides ablation and hemostasis to minimize blood loss and improve visibility during TURP procedures. The V-Max™ Roller Bar electrode has a smooth surface with holes. The holes have circular edges for high current density and good tissue ablation. This patented design was developed to provide a smoother area of vaporization than the grooved style while coagulating deep into the prostate tissue.
